Return and Exchange Policy

Return Period: You have a maximum of 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

Product Condition: The product must be in perfect condition: unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact. We do not accept returns of items that have been used, washed, or damaged.

Size or Model Exchanges: If you need to exchange for a different size or model, contact us within the 30-day period, and we’ll assist you with the process. Shipping costs for exchanges will be covered by the customer.

Refunds: Once the returned item is received and its condition is verified, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

Sale Items: Purchases of sale or clearance items are final and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
