Internally lined in cold lycra that prevents sweating and is softer to the touch, as well as making it easier to put on because it glides easily on the skin.
Its wide band in the contour area helps to fix the garment at the correct height under the bust without lowering it or moving it from its place, giving you security and comfort when using it.

It has 3 flexible rods, two located on the sides and the third in the center of the back that help stylize the figure and keep the garment in place without it rolling down.

MAKE SURE YOU MEASURE YOURSELF. The size of a girdle is not the same as your clothes size. Please make sure you take your measurements and check them in the size table below. If you need help or do not understand how to do it, let us know. We are here to help.

2. Stand up straight keeping your legs together.
3. Measure around the contour, waist and fullest part of your hip as shown in the image. Make sure the tape is straight.
